What is your shipping and return Policy?

We ship via the cheapest USPS option based on weight and size of parcel. Returns of original, unused, and undamaged goods are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Buyer pays for return shipping. International Shipments: Buyer is responsible for VAT and any import duties applied upon arrival in destination country. We have no control over this.

What is your Warranty Policy?

We guarantee all of our products against defective craftsmanship. Items returned due to failed construction will be repaired/replaced free of charge. Damages due to normal 'wear and tear' and other extraneous circumstances may be able to be repaired at reasonable cost and case by case basis. We as manufacturer retain sole discretion on what determines 'normal wear and tear'

Are you looking for product/brand ambassadors?

To put it simply, No. We have enough outside time and friends that are adventurers that we have no shortage of product testing opportunities.
